He drives the no. 12 Ford Mustang for Team Penske in the NASCAR Cup Series and part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. His best finish in NASCAR Series is 7th in 2019. He has run over one hundred ninety races in seven years of his career in NASCAR cup series and over seventy races in NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Career
Ryan Blaney’s career started when he competed quarter midget racing. He won his first race at the age of nine. He won the Lowe’s Motor Speedway Young Lion’s Winter Heat Point Championship in quarter midgets at the age of twelve. When he turned fourteen, he made his debut in late model racing at orange county speedway. In 2009, he began competing in the Pro All Stars Series and won the ‘Rookie of the Year Award’. In the following years he competed in various competitions like Dillon Motor Speedway, Champion Racing Association, etc. At the age of seventeen, he got his first Career win in the PASS SOUTH SUPER LATE MODEL Series.
He joined NASCAR in 2012, he was also awarded as the CRA Southern Six-Pack Champion that year. The next year he won the Rookie of the Year the next year at NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and he was voted the competitions ‘Most Popular Driver’ in 2014. Ryan has stats of 4 wins, 5 pole positions, and 40 top-ten finishes in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. While in Wood Brothers Racing on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, he has stats of 15 top ten finishes and 1 pole position.
